John R Kerfoot Annex (Multi Purpose Building)

John R Kerfoot Building (aka Annex, Multi Purpose Building) - Small hall which rents to anyone, for wedding receptions and social events etc. The hall holds 80 people. The limit of the rental is 6 hours which must be continuous. You cannot break up the time. There is also an option to purchase additional time at $40.00 per hour, and no rental may run after 10pm. There is a $200.00 deposit fee and $300.00 for 6 hours. There are two janitors who are the only ones who have a key and unlock/lock. YOU CANNOT RENT THE HALL AFTER 10 PM ON ANY NIGHT.
